Computer Lab Scheduling

Microsoft Outlook à Public Folders à All Public Folders à Norwood Calendars à LS or MS Computer Lab

If you schedule a time slot for either computer lab, please make sure that your item’s box actually covers all the time-slots you need. If you only type the times in the subject field (e.g. 10-11:30), but don’t specify them in the time fields (or drag the box to cover the actual time slots), someone else might think the lab is free when it’s not. If you are not sure how to do this properly, please ask me, or watch my help-movie [browser plug-in for shockwave required].

Also: if you don’t need a time-slot that you scheduled, please come back and delete it. Or if you create a blank item by accident, please delete it. Thank you.

When I see blank items, I delete them.
