Offline Icon in System Tray

If you are not connected to the network this icon appears in your system tray (lower right corner of screen):

When the network becomes available, the icon will change to include a little letter "i"

When you click on the icon, you get status information:

Clicking OK, brings up this:

Close any open files, then click OK, and it will connect you to the network and synchronize your files. Then you can continue working.
